A second pregnancy after the loss of a child has its own set of challenges that can be disabling for the already "disabled" pregnant woman.
But, this time is just as special as the first, therefore I want to make the most of it and try to stay positive by a dose of humor.

Pizza Deprivation
When my also pregnant sister texts me a picture of her pizza when I haven't been able to eat pizza for months, my reaction is like:
And she replies, "Oh, I'll just eat a piece in your honor," I can imagine her enjoying her meal like:
